Flashing Repairs
Flashing seals the joints where your roof meets walls, chimneys, dormers and rooflights, and is traditionally lead. When flashing cracks, lifts or comes away, water gets into these junctions and can cause damp inside. A roofer can re-dress, repair or replace lead flashing, or use an alternative flashing material where that suits the roof.
